We are only looking to operate in states that are supportive to investors.
Mortgage note take over. We take over the existing mortgage; loan remains in the seller’s name; we make the payments and take possession.
Seller will be the bank. We negotiate price, payment and terms.
We take over payments at the bank and agree to pay a separate note to the seller for agreed equity.
We pursue lender funds for up to 80% LTV/loan amount. Seller or Private Money Partner covers remaining costs/entry.
In select situations, we may pay up to ~65% of current cash value.
